Soak up the sun on the spacious patio or dine on a meal al fresco on the floating dock, taking breaks to cannonball into the waters to cool off.

As you head out away from the home to explore the greater Lake Ozark area, plan a visit to Bagnell Dam, less than ½ mile away, and snap some photos at the scenic overlook, stopping in for lunch and shopping on the strip located along the shoreline. Two separate living rooms ensure everyone can enjoy their own form of entertainment, from the main level room offering comfortable recliner seating and a smart TV to the basement room inclusive of plentiful sofa seating and a second mounted smart TV. Back upstairs, the open floorplan leads you into the modern kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and ample white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Grab a casual bite at the island with high-top stool seating for 4 or gather together for formal meals at the dining table with seating for 6.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and an optional twin size rollaway in the closet.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, both featuring a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Driveway and street parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note that the driveway is steep and narrow, and additional parking is available. If needed, please reach out to the host for more information/details.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is located on the corner of the house under the eve of the roof, actively monitoring the side of the house and driveway. The second is located on the garage facing the side of house, actively monitoring the stairs and boat dock area. The third is located on the lower-level porch near the bottom of the stairs, actively monitoring the entrance.
