We had a lovely stay at Lodges 1203. Due to the crazy weather in Mammoth we ended spending more time at the unit then at the mountain. Super comfy beds, lots of Roku channel offerings, great showers, fully stocked kitchen. The owner has gone out of their way to make guests feel welcome. We would book again!!

We would definitely stay here again. The pictures don’t do the place justice. It’s so well thought out. It has anything and everything you could ask for - even the cabinets are labeled so you can find items easily. Wow.

We had a great time at the property and are still raving to friends and family about how nice the rental was and how comfortable we were while staying. Anything you could think of that you might need while away from home was included. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

This is the 3rd time I stayed in that condo. Our family goes to Mammoth frequently. We tried other areas, other condos in the Lodges area but this is the one. Unfortunately it is a popular condo. You have to make your reservation as soon as you decided to go to Mammoth.

You can tell how much the owners like their condo. It is clean and well furnished.

We love staying at this property! It is well taken care of and easy to navigate as everything is labeled! Our most recent stay was July 2020 but this was our third time staying in this unit and we will be back!

From the high quality furniture, linens, kitchenware and layout, this property was more than we hoped for in a beautiful setting on the golf course. If you are looking for peace and tranquility and value privacy, this lovely home is for you and your family. We had a great time in Mammoth. Check in and communication with management was a breeze! They were very easy to work with and assisted us with anything we needed help with!

Beautiful, very well cared for, upscale condo. Many many thoughtful touches. It truly felt like a home.

This place was designed with comfort in mind. It’s a home that the owner has paid attention to every detail. Besides comfort, it was organized to the point of not having to look all over for things in an unfamiliar surrounding. It was quiet, in a beautiful setting, and private.

Great stay in Mammoth. Apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything we needed for a really comfortable stay.

By far one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! This place was fully stocked with everything you could have needed and then some. We cooked meals every day which was very cost effective with a family of 5. Everything was there at the home and with Vons just down the street. very clean and comfy and lots of warm blankets. My daughter had altitude sickness and we stayed home from skiing for a couple days and we couldn't be more relaxed and comfortable. The large hot tub was just a short walk away but with the large warm robes provided it was no big deal. We walked to the ski shuttle located just a few steps outside our door and up the embankment with our gear on every time we went and didnt have to worry about parking. It comes every 20 min, which was free and convenient. Were staying here again next time we visit Mammoth lakes for sure. Thank you for the sweet welcome basket and for sharing your beautiful home!!

We had an unusual start to our visit with power to all of Mammoth Lakes shut off due to fire danger. Both the owner and management were exceptionally helpful to us in settling in despite this glitch. Fortunately the power came on during the night and the rest of our stay went smoothly. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated the support provided. I also can't say enough about how beautifully appointed and clean this home was. It was incredibly comfortable and luxurious.

Very nice property but the listing said jacuzzi tub & it's actually a (very nice) soaker tub. We thought it wouldn't be a big deal since the property has a community jacuzzi; the jacuzzi didn't work & vrbo does not handle that since it's an HOA issue. They said they put in a service call but nothing was done to fix the jacuzzi and we were never contacted. My husband is a laborer so having a jacuzzi is a VERY big deal when we book a property. Overall, though, the property is very nice & the kitchen has everything you could imagine!

Beautifully decorated 2BR, 2.5 bath condo. Morning coffee spent watching the little ducks in the lake off of fairway 8 Snowcreek Golf Course. Felt so welcomed when we came in to bottled waters, and snacks. How many times have you rented a place and looked all over for cups, plates etc...well not a problem here as all the kitchen cabinets were labeled! Great idea!!

My best rental experience ever! The property is exactly the way it looks in the pictures online - only more beautiful when you see it in person, I would say. The owner has great taste, which is reflected in the beautiful furniture that s/he picked throughout the house and the way they were put together. Though this is a Mammoth rental house, I appreciate the fact that the owner did not do the interior design with a "typical Mammoth deco" approach, if you know what I mean. Instead, this rental house looks just like a well-cared house that you want to live in for a long time. Owner is also super considerate - the house has nearly everything you need for your stay there - we even managed to find two brand-new looking folding chairs for us to use to watch the fireworks near the lake. I would seek this apartment next time we go back. Highly recommended!

We love your beautiful home! It is so well equipped and organized. We can feel the love that you have for this cabin. We love it too! Our family had a great July 4th weekend at your place.

If you are looking for 5 star accommodations Lodges 1203 is the place. The owners really care that their guests will have a stellar stay. From the little touches like labelling drawers, lights switches, to the fluffy bathrobes, the kitchen stocked with every appliance you would need, including an electric kettle, perfect for us tea drinkers! The beds and furnishing are top notch and comfy, the view of the golf course is amazing,  and the bathrooms were large, we loved the rain shower!

I have stayed at mammoth lots of time but this time it was amazing. This property felt like I was staying at a four season resort. The interior furnishings were top quality. High ceilings, very spacious. It was so good I didn’t want to leave the house and go enjoy Mammoth. The property had notes and directions which were very helpful. Sometimes you stay in places and can’t find anything or know how to turn on anything inside the home. This property did not have that problem. All kinds of appliances. Amazing rooms with very comfortable furnishings. Will definitely stay here again when I am back into town. We are very grateful for the homeowner to open up their beautiful home to us. Hope to see Mammoth Mountain soon. Thank you.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your lovely home. It truly is a winter wonderland. We had game nights with friends and enjoyed cozy nights by the fire. A stay much better than any hotel or cabin we have stayed at before. The home is so organized and neat, we loved staying here!

The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Very high end appliances and furniture- nicely decorated and well maintained. We are looking forward to coming back to this exact house. Super conveniently located and the management company and the owner were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend booking this unit. There were allot of extras you don’t normally find in a rental home. The home has a wonderful view and the overall community is very nice.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The photos don’t entirely capture the warmth inside and the beauty outside. Everything was there for us right down to the nice fluffy robes. The only thing that was missing was instructions for the fireplace that we had trouble getting going properly. The towels while I understand needed to be bleached because they are white, were rough and and some little worn compared everything else in the home. Overall we’d definitely stay there again!

This home is really so beautiful !! We did feel like we were in a 5 star resort but with the touches of home! The kitchen has everything you need and the laundry room was perfect for coming in from the snow 

and taking your boots off to not track water in .. the sleds in the garage were so fun and just added to that home feeling ! 

The views are breathtaking , could not be better ! We had the best time as a family and can’t wait to return !!

The place was so well equipped and had amazing views. The kids loved sledding down the hills on the golf course. Short drive to the slopes and great having a parking garage. Enjoyed having all the amenities including WiFi with Hulu, Netflix and prime on all 4 televisions. Wonderful kitchen and bedrooms with lots of space.

This place is a lot more spacious than the pics show. Everything is spotless and kept so nice! The furniture and decor is beautiful. Everything in the kitchen is labeled and fully stocked with appliances. We had our Thanksgiving dinner here with our family and it was so enjoyable! The owner is very kind and just wants to ensure her guests are well taken care of. The beds are very comfortable as well! Oh, and the view from the living room and master are stunning. Golf course, lake, and mountains! Will be booking this spot every time we come!

The accommodations were perfect. Every conceivable appliance was readily available. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. We would recommend this to any of our friends that are interested to visit Mammoth.

What is there not to like about this place? The owners have gone out of their way to spoil you with the amenities. The kitchen was equipped with everything. I brought my own blender because I was told that the owners are not responsible for providing one, but to my surprise when I arrived the kitchen was stocked with everything you can imagine. The thick white bath robes for the spa were great. We loved the rocking chairs outside on the porch and enjoyed the scenery and watching the ducks land on the pond. This townhome is extremely quiet. Everything is clean and the home dceour is five star. Don’t stay anywhere else.

We have been coming up to Mammoth for 40+ years.  Your home is by far better than a 5 Star hotel.  The townhome was so spacious and reminded us of home.  You have gone above and beyond in your accommodations from the live orchids, sparkling wine & cookie wafers, to the organic shampoo and lotion, and the thick white robes.  The rocking chairs outside...we enjoyed in the mornings watching the ducks and in the evening visiting with our family.  The kitchen is so organized. 

Beautifully decorated and comfortable lodge! It felt like home. Peaceful location facing lake on golf course. Owner is super organized and had everything we needed to cook and have meals in the condo.

Super clean, well maintained, and really beautiful. We will definitely stay at this lodge again! Loved!!

We loved staying at this beautiful condo with all the amenities you could want. Large rooms, fully stocked kitchen- the only mild drawback was some noise from upstairs neighbors.

We love this beautiful home.  It was comfortable, with lovely amenities - even sharp knives in the kitchen!  And wonderfully appointed.  We made wonderful memories here and wish the same for all your guests!  Can't wait to return!

Beautifully decorated and appointed condo. We have stayed in 9 different Lodges condos and this is our favorite. They have put together a perfect condo for a trip to Mammoth. I loved the attention to the small details like the soaps and incense. The blankets were a hit while watching the Olympics. We also make all of our own meals and found the kitchen well equipped.
