With nothing between you and the crashing waves except the golden sand of Newport Beach, this home is perfect for a family getaway or for a large gathering of family and friends.

This 2nd floor 5 bedroom/3 bathroom Newport Beach house surrounds you with breathtaking ocean views that captivate all of your attention. Just take a few steps from the front door, around the house, and dip your toes into the warm sand!

The living room is well furnished with a Roku Smart TV, comfortable sofa and sliding glass doors that lead out to the beachfront balcony. The patio is perfect for Summer cookouts and you'll never get sick of the blue ocean water views! On lucky days, you'll be able to see the whales swimming in the water! Just like most homes by the ocean, this home does not have AC but provides the ocean breeze.

The dining table has seating for 6 and views of the California coast. Additional seating can be found by the breakfast bar for 3. Keep the chef in your group company while they cook up delicious homemade meals in the modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, and more! If you don't feel like cooking, fine dining at Nobu or oceanfront restaurants are just a mile away!

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a ¾ en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a ¾ ensuite bath as well. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin bed, the 4th bedroom has a Full bed and the last bedroom has a Twin over Full bunkbed. There is a shared full bath for all the guest bedrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with quality linens for your ultimate comfort. An additional queen air mattress is available upon request.

Centrally located within easy access to all of the Orange County must-sees like the Newport Pier, Balboa Pier, Balboa Fun Zone or Disneyland, you can go sightseeing by day, or enjoy all sorts of water sports on the ocean. Spend your day lying on the sand, going surfing, sailing, cycling/skating around, hiking, playing volleyball and many other things too like shopping and exploring this beautiful coastal area.

This is the upper unit of the house featuring 5 bedrooms. There is garage parking for 1 car (shared garage with one other unit). All other parking is street parking where available. There is a laundry in the garage that is shared by both the lower and upper units.

- No Smoking on the property - NO EXCEPTIONS (both inside and outside the property).
- Note - construction work may be in progress during stay. Construction will commence from 9am-5pm. The beach balcony will not be affected, however, the entrance area due to roofing project will be ongoing.

This is one single property that is separated for rental by 1st floor (3beds/2baths) and 2nd floor (5beds/3baths - this unit) with a private entrance for each unit. The entire house is available for large families. These homes can be rented separately or together depending upon what works best for you.
This property is NOT considered a luxury property and is a comfortable beachfront location priced accordingly. Beachfront properties face harsh conditions daily from the salt air and sand, please make sure you are comfortable with this before booking.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
