Grand Welcome 30A is owned and operated by Alan Green. Originally from the Ft. Myers area, Alan moved to the Panhandle almost a decade ago to live the dream life and enjoy the breathtaking beaches. Alan describes the 24-mile stretch of land as the entire world on one road; a unique experience in every community and top vacation area.
Alan spent years in the HVAC industry as a professional manufacturer’s representative focusing heavily on project management, operations, and customer service. After self-managing his own vacation rentals, Alan found it both a challenge and frustration to find a reliable local management team. Alan wanted every guest who visits the beloved panhandle to have a top-tier experience and fall in love with the area as much as he has. He also believes the owners in the community deserve the same experience and should have their property taken care of like it was his own.
