Nearby Lake Arrowhead Village is historic and diverse, offering a mix of dozens of waterfront shops, stores, and restaurants. Just 2 miles from the home, day trips to and from the lake and village are a cinch. In the winter months, you’ll be in close proximity to skiing, snowboarding, ice-skating, snow tubing, and virtually every other snow-themed activity you can think of. This location is truly all-seasons, offering the best the San Bernardino Mountains has to offer.
The LeeHive is a charming cottage tucked away in Arrowhead Villas, with cozy furnishings and décor filling comfortable, well-lit spaces. The living room is the perfect spot for an immersive movie night, with leather sofa and armchair seating and a smart TV. The gas fireplace is a focal point of the room, creating a warm and inviting ambiance in the cooler months. The open floor plan carries you right into the dining area, where the classic dining room table includes seating for 6 for meals enjoyed together. The kitchen is well-equipped, offering all the comforts of home. Modern appliances, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and a full suite of cookware and dining ware are available to meet any of your culinary ambitions. The attached den turned game room hosts a Pac-Man arcade game, smart TV, and futon where sports lovers can stream their favorite shows while or create hours of their own entertainment.
This home sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full-size futon in the game room.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and smart TV.
The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- To ensure compliance with local city and county regulations, every individual, regardless of age (including infants and children), is included in the total occupancy count. Reservations exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy for this property cannot be accepted.
- Washer and dryer in home.
- This home offers driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Guests are asked to pull into the parking spot parallel to the railing. Please note that no street parking is available. Failure to adhere to parking requirements will result in a $1,000 fine.
- This home is equipped with an exterior Ring system monitoring the front door.
- An air mattress is also available for an additional sleeping option.

This location is also ideal for its close proximity to nearby mountain resorts with thrilling ski runs in the winter and serviced mountain biking and scenic hiking in the summer. Snow Valley Mountain Resort is 25 minutes away with trails for every level and the only chairlift sledding area in Southern California. Just 5 minutes away, enjoy the fun and entertainment at Sky Park Santa’s Village. Around the holidays, this property transforms into a nostalgic Old-World Christmas in the woods with shopping, dining, and outdoor activities like ice skating. Santa can be found here year-round, even in the summer when professionally designed bike trails and zip lines are a main attraction.
For stays of 28 days or more a mid-stay clean is mandatory and the fee is $127.

- HOUSE RULES: IMPORTANT - must read before booking!
- - ARRIVAL TIME: 4:00 PM

- Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with San Bernardino County’s Good Neighbor Guide (https://www.sbcounty.gov/uploads/lus/codeenforcement/51395-Brochure-for-Short-Term-Rentals-For-Visitors.pdf) and the property management’s rules before finalizing your reservation.
- San Bernardino County Code Enforcement and the Property Management can evict unruly guests who blatantly disregard any rules or regulations without a refund. The minimum fine for violating the stated rules is $1000 per violation, $2000 for the second, and $5000 for the third violation. All guests at the time of booking acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, neighborhood rules, and city laws and ordinances.
- - OCCUPANCY: Do not exceed maximum occupancy at any time during your stay. Children are counted in total occupancy. You may not have additional guests during the day. You must be 21 years old or older to book this property.
- - PARKING: Street and yard parking is NOT allowed, please park in the driveway (or garage) or you will be fined $1000 for the first citation and $2000 for each subsequent violation. Your vehicle may be towed at your own expense. Caltrans requires all vehicles to carry chains during the winter months. 4WD and AWD are preferred and may be needed to access the driveway during the winter months.
- - NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
- - NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
- - NO UNAUTHORIZED PET: (If this home is dog friendly): This home can accommodate up to 2 licensed dogs. Please notify us ahead of time if you plan to bring your furry friend to make the payment. Our pet fee is $35 per night, per dog and MUST be paid prior to arrival. They must be licensed, leashed outdoors, stay off the furniture, and never be left unattended. We supply bags for you to pick up your dog’s waste. Please bring your pet’s bedding for their own comfort. You are responsible for all pet-related damage. (If not dog friendly): Unauthorized pets will result in a fine and immediate eviction.
- - NOISE CURFEW: This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. The noise curfew is strictly enforced between 10 pm to 8 am, this includes spa usage. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7.
- - TRAVEL INSURANCE: Please purchase travel insurance, as we do NOT refund for COVID, sicknesses, inclement weather, road closures, evacuations, power outages, bugs, pollen, etc. Again, there are NO refunds unless you purchase travel insurance.
- - WINTER INFO: During the winter months, Caltrans requires all vehicles to carry chains, including 4WD and AWD vehicles. You may need 4WD, AWD, or chains to access the driveway. The driveway will be clear of snow for your arrival to the best of our ability and street parking is NOT allowed. There are shovels to use for your departure should it snow during your stay. Firewood is not provided. Power outages can occur and are a risk when visiting the mountains. We do not offer refunds for power outages or lack of access due to snow.
- - AIR CONDITIONING: Most mountain homes do NOT have air conditioning. Please inquire before you book if it’s important to you.
- - HIGH FIRE RISK: San Bernardino Mountains is a high-risk area. Fireworks, wood fire pits, improper disposal of cigarette butts, charcoal BBQs are prohibited. You will be fined and/or prosecuted. Please take this seriously.
- - WILDLIFE/MOUNTAIN LIFE: Bears, deer, donkeys, mountain lions, racoons, squirrels, mice, rats, spiders, bats, flies, moths, ants, and other wildlife frequent this area so make sure to lock up the property and your vehicle. We utilize pest control services to control indoor pests as much as possible, but they exist in the mountains! We will NOT refund for wildlife in or near the home. Please keep doors closed to keep them from coming inside.
- - DAMAGE WAIVER: Your booking includes an Accidental Damage Waiver which covers you for anything seen as accidental. You will be charged for anything seen as neglectful or intentional. It is best to report all damage to us when it occurs so we may correct it for the next guest. Please be respectful of our home and we understand that accidents do happen.
- - SECURITY/CAMERAS: This home has a security system, exterior cameras and a noise decibel monitoring system to ensure your safety. There may be exterior recordings. There are absolutely no interior cameras.
- - GUEST SATISFACTION: Grand Welcome inspects every property prior to your arrival. If you have any issues, please contact us so we can handle them when you are here to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. We will make every reasonable effort to efficiently make the repair. If we are alerted to issues after checking out, you will not be refunded so it is important to report them right away.
