A completely new and designer renovated Oasis. This house can comfortably fit up to 10 guests making it ideal for family getaways, executive retreats, unforgettable holidays or an overdue reunion with friends.
Situated directly in front of a National Park with miles of hiking trails, just minutes from the lake and a short drive from the ski slopes, this house truly has it all. The first floor offers an open-design featuring a stunning gourmet chef's kitchen with a massive marble island, Viking appliances and everything necessary to cook that big family meal. There is also a bright living room with fireplace, a massive smart tv and multiple seating areas -- including a dining table just off the kitchen. The first floor is also where you will find the 1st of the two primary suites, complete with a spa-like en-suite bathroom (soaking tub, dual sinks, gorgeous shower), a laundry room with all the bells and whistles and a luxurious guest bathroom. Up a flight of stairs on the second floor is our 2nd primary bedroom that has a gorgeous view of the lake, a massive walk-in closet and it's own en-suite luxury bathroom, a 3rd bedroom with views of the mountains and a luxury queen bed, a playroom (with XBOX), an adorable kids bedroom with 3 full beds, and another luxury bathroom. In the lower level, there is another full bathroom and a massive gameroom for adults, complete with Wet bar, pool table, massive smart TV and a fireplace -- the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the lake, on the slopes or post-hike. There is also AC throughout the house, a brand new security system, state-of-the-art WIFI (perfect for remote work), 5 Smart TVs (set up for easy streaming of your favorite shows) and endless details that will make this feel like your own home.
The backyard is completely level and entirely fenced in, featuring a fire pit with adirondack chairs (perfect for roasting marshmallows) and an outdoor dining table -- all overlooking the complete privacy, serenity and beauty of the National Park.
The garage can fit 2 cars and there is parking for an additional 2 cars. County allows 4 cars max. The garage is accessible from inside the home.
Finally, saving the best for last, there is a heavenly Sunroom -- all glass and facing the National Park -- complete with a mini-library, board games and blankets. This room is instant relaxation, surrounded by forest and wildlife, where you can enjoy the changing leaf colors, the pure white snow or the blooms of spring, all while sipping your morning coffee or evening wine. If you're lucky you may even see a deer, coyote or bear wander by as you doze off for a nap...
This house really has it all and from the moment you step through the door will feel like your (dream) home away from home.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is an AC unit, which is rare in this location!
- To ensure compliance with local city and county regulations, every individual, regardless of age (including infants and children), is included in the total occupancy count. Reservations exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy for this property cannot be accepted.
- If you are bringing a pet, you must pay the pet fee of $50 per dog per night, prior to arrival. Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
For stays of 28 days or more a mid-stay clean is mandatory and the fee is $264.

- HOUSE RULES: IMPORTANT - must read before booking!
- - ARRIVAL TIME: 4:00 PM
- - DEPARTURE TIME: 10:00 AM
- Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with San Bernardino County’s Being a Good Neighbor Policy. San Bernardino County Code Enforcement and Property Management can evict unruly guests who blatantly disregard the following rules without a refund. The minimum fine for violating the stated rules is $1000. All guests at the time of booking acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, neighborhood rules, and city laws and ordinances.
- - OCCUPANCY: Do not exceed maximum occupancy at any time during your stay. Children are counted in total occupancy. You may not have additional guests during the day. You must be 21 years old or older to book this property.
- - PARKING: Street and yard parking is not allowed, please park in the driveway (or garage). or you will be fined $1000 - $5000. Your vehicle may be towed at your own expense. 4WD, AWD, and chains are required for travel during the winter months. You will need them to access the property during the winter months.
- - NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED
- - NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
- - NO UNAUTHORIZED PET: This home can accommodate up to 2 licensed dogs. Please notify us ahead of time if you plan to bring your furry friend. We charge $35 per night, per dog and you MUST pay the pet fee prior to arrival. They must be licensed, leashed outdoors, stay off the furniture, and never be left unattended. We supply bags for you to pick up your dog’s waste. You are responsible for all pet-related damage. Unauthorized pets will result in a fine and immediate eviction.
- - NOISE CURFEW: This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors' privacy. The noise curfew is strictly enforced between 10 pm to 7 am, this includes spa usage. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7.
- - TRAVEL INSURANCE: You should purchase travel insurance, as we do not refund for COVID, inclement weather, road closures, evacuations, power outages, bugs, pollen, etc.
- - WINTER INFO: During the winter months, Caltrans requires all vehicles to carry chains, including 4WD and AWD vehicles. You will need 4WD, AWD, or chains to access the property and parking areas. The driveway will be clear of snow for your arrival to the best of our ability. There are shovels to use for your departure should it snow during your stay. Firewood is not provided. Power outages can occur and are a risk when visiting Big Bear.
- - AIR CONDITIONING: Most mountain homes do NOT have air conditioning. Please inquire before you book if it’s important to you.
- - HIGH FIRE RISK: San Bernardino Mountains is a high-risk area. Fireworks, wood fire pits, improper disposal of cigarette butts, charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited. You will be fined and/or prosecuted.
- - WILDLIFE/MOUNTAIN LIFE: Bears, deer, donkeys, racoons, squirrels, mice, spiders, bats, flies, moths, ants, and other wildlife frequent this area so make sure to lock up the property and your vehicle. We utilize pest control services to control indoor pests as much as possible, but they exist in the mountains! We will not refund for wildlife in or near the home. Please keep doors closed to keep them from coming inside.
- - DAMAGE WAIVER: Your booking includes an Accidental Damage Waiver which covers you for anything seen as accidental. You will be charged for anything seen as neglectful or intentional. It’s best to report all damage to us when it occurs and be respectful of our home.
- - SECURITY/CAMERAS: This home has a security system, exterior cameras and/or noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure your safety. There are no interior cameras.
- - GUEST SATISFACTION: Grand Welcome inspects the property prior to your arrival. If you have any issues, please contact us so we can handle them when you are here to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. We will make every reasonable effort to efficiently make the repair. If we are alerted to issues after checking out, you may not be refunded so it’s important to report them right away.

- - BE RESPONSIBLE: This cabin is privately owned. The homeowner and property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur; damage to, or theft or loss of personal items (if found, shipping is at your expense, minimum of $50); wild or domestic animals in the area; and acts of nature.
